This hotel is located on the southeastern side of Myeongdong. Its only advantage is its proximity to Chungmuro Station, though it's still about a 10-minute walk. Other than that, I found it a bit of a disappointment, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again next time I'm in Seoul. If you arrive by taxi or Uber, I suggest setting your stop at the alleyway at the hotel's back entrance. This will save the driver some money by going around to the front. However, the back entrance closes at 11 PM. Because the hotel is built on a slope, the back entrance is on the first floor, while the lobby and reception are on the fourth floor (L). It's also recommended to use the back entrance if you want to go to Myeongdong (which requires a 15-minute walk) or take the subway to other places. The hotel mentions a communal kitchen; all utensils must be cleaned and returned to their place after use. We didn't use it during our stay. The room itself had more drawbacks. The photos on the booking website made it look very bright and spacious. While the room was indeed quite large, the carpet was very old. The bed and bathroom facilities didn't look as good as in the photos and showed signs of long-term use. The room lighting was somewhat dim. However, an old-fashioned refrigerator was provided, and three bottles of mineral water were replenished daily. To the right of the hotel's front entrance, there was a small, cramped smoking area that could only accommodate a maximum of three guests. Overall, I felt that the price we paid for the accommodation did not meet our expectations. They have a lot of room for improvement, and I would not consider staying here again.

This is a hotel built on a hillside. The hotel reception is on the L4 floor. If you want to go towards the MRT, you have to go down to the first floor and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Zhongwu Road MRT station, where there are more lively shops and stores. It's a bit of a distance, and even convenience stores are a while away. We stayed for three nights and booked a 33m2 room. It didn't feel very spacious. The hotel's basic facilities are a bit old. The bathroom facilities are very basic. There were no clothes racks or wardrobes, and we didn't even know where to put our mouthwash cups. There was also a large air conditioner/heater in the room, which took up a lot of space. The carpet was also an old-fashioned type. The restaurant was not open to the public and only offered basic hot water and drinks. The hotel staff didn't provide any special service. We only interacted with them during check-in and check-out. Overall, if you have a choice, don't choose this hotel.

GREAT location, close to many different areas and sites. The level 1 door much easier to get out to the station. Staff are helpful and friendly. Room is nice, clean, smells pleasant, shower works. Pretty happy overall.
