We stayed here end September and had an horrible experience. The hotel staff mixed up our reservation with a group booking, gave us the wrong room (a downgrade, we had paid for a superior room and were given a standard room), refused to own up to their mistake and blamed us, and were extremely rude. They ended up giving our room to another guest who was actually part of the group booking. On the 2nd day we were offered to switch to the room we payed for, or to cancel our booking, and we chose the later. Now they are lying to Expedia again and refusing to refund us. At the minimum, we should be refunded for the difference between the standard and superior room as well as the last day which was cancelled.

I just had the worst experience at this hotel! The Front Desk manager was condescending and unhelpful. We had booked an airport transfer that was paid for at the time of booking. When I completed the airport transfer the driver said I had not paid and made me pay again. Then when I spoke to the front desk manager, he gave me a hard time about it. My friend had booked the transfer to the ferry the following day for the both of us and they wouldn’t refund her money and she had to dispute it with her credit card money. He was angry and fired up so she said she would just dispute it. The website looks completely different than the actual hotel. The rooms smell of must and Febreze to try and cover up the smell. All of the furniture is beat up and falling apart. My friends room had the door coming off the hinges. The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom. None of the lights or plugs in my room worked and I had to call someone to reset the breaker which was actually done quickly to my surprise. My back is so sore from the uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was practically inedible, cold pancakes, fake eggs, concentrated OJ. The only redeeming quality about the hotel is that it has really beautiful views. Buyer beware, DO NOT STAY HERE!
