The hotel location is perfect. Within walking distance to Dotonburi area and metro stations. Cafe and convenient stores nearby as well. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful as well. The hotel offers good views as well. I have few things to highlight though, Outside is super noisy especially if you keep the windows open, plenty of loud cars and motorcycles. The hotel wifi is terrible (very slow) better get your own e/Sim. If you want to relax at the hotel and watch some TV to see what the locals watch then you will see the hotel TV is terrible as well and offers few channels, which again will prompt you to see something on your phone and again thier wifi is terrible so you will consume your phone data so better get a good data package. Other than this the hotel is excellent. Enjoy your stay and have fun in osaka

Would not recommend this place , firstly the reception is on 16th floor , you also need to manually bring a paper ticket to get breakfast . The room is okay however bed sheets smelt like ciggerette smoke and when I asked for my room to be made up I was given new towels only. The worst part is the sleep there is a siren that goes off every morning at 1am for around 10 minutes so if you need to rest I would not recommend this place - in addition to that the cars and traffic noise is bad all the time . I am very tired after staying here . Lastly , the gym has 0 equipment was not worth my time using. Would not recommend

We would like to share our experience to provide context for future guests. Due to an honest mistake on our part regarding the checkout date, we returned to the hotel later in the evening only to realise then to collect our belongings. We fully acknowledge that this was our error and sincerely apologised at the counter. The front desk staff member who assisted us was polite and professional. He made an effort to check for possible options, including consulting with the manager and other staff members, and he even suggested that we try asking our next hotel if any amendments could be made, which we appreciated. We were informed that a full night charge would still apply, with the explanation that the room could no longer be sold after he checked with the manager. We understand that this decision followed hotel policy and do not dispute the policy itself. What was disappointing, however, was the overall lack of warmth or empathetic communication in how the situation was handled, despite our clear acknowledgment of responsibility and the fact that we did not stay overnight. Throughout the interaction, the staff remained polite but firm, though the tone felt procedural rather than supportive. It was also noticeable that the manager did not engage with us directly, despite passing by the counter while the situation was being discussed. Even a brief interaction or explanation would have helped the situation feel more thoughtfully managed. This experience contrasted with our next hotel, Hotel Il Cuore Namba, where the staff were immediately empathetic and proactive, offering options so that the booked night was not wasted. The difference in approach significantly reduced the stress of the situation. Prior to this incident, we had genuinely enjoyed the hotel, had been recommending it to others, and were considering returning or staying at other Tokyu Hotels properties in the future. Unfortunately, this particular experience was disappointing from a customer service perspective. We fully understand that policies are necessary. Our intention in sharing this feedback is not to challenge the policy, but to highlight how communication and empathy during unexpected situations can greatly influence the overall guest experience. We hope this feedback may be helpful for future consideration.
