Very skimpy service. Not enough care given to the appearance of the room. Curtains not hung properly on the rods, mirrors and TV swiped smearing dirty goo on the surfaces. No coffeemaker. I thought those things were standard? No housekeeping. For longer staying guests we should expect that. No place to put our belongings. Sink with no counter space. Very small room.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay last month I visited with my son who has difficulty walking, and the employee went above and beyond to help us. The housekeeper was especially kind he helped me take my son out of the car and carried all his bags to our room.The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and smelled great. It truly made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service. Keep it up! 🙏💛

This place is an absolute joke. We went for my grandsons birthday. My daughter wanted to rent the small conference room to do cake and have him open presents. Because she had "decorations" a small banner and one tablecloth, she wasn't able to use the room. We went into the pool area that was filthy, black mold all over, literal moss growing on a spot on the floor, dead bugs all over the window sills. Filthy! So it was 10 dollars per person to swim which was fine, but they still wanted to charge her for "renting the pool area". She hung the small banner up and covered one table with the tablecloth. I went to the front desk to ask why she was still being charged the 50 plus 10 per person. The girl said because you are using the pool area. Ok so everyone that comes here for open swim is gonna be charged 50 bucks plus 10 to swim?! She said she was concerned about other people wanting to swim. We had 4 kids under the age of 7, there was plenty of room for others to swim. Nobody else came to swim btw, the place was basically empty! Someone else frim our group went back down to speak to the manager and she refused to talk to her. Shame on you for trying to scam money off of people because she didnt RENT THE POOL AREA. IF SHE DID, NOBODY ELSE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO USE IT ANYWAYS! And one more thing, your entire building reeks of Marijuana and when we told your clerk that she had someone come spray air freshener. How bout clean the place? It's disgusting!
