Everyone at the staff was very kind, and the rooms were just as pictured. The room was clean, and the rooftop view was beautiful. You can watch the balloons in the morning; you don't have to go anywhere else. The overall ambiance of the hotel was also nice. It's not in the city center; you have to walk 10-15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. I chose the hotel based on the bathrooms, and it was very clean indeed. The view and location were fantastic. There's a terrace where you can watch the balloons in the morning. It's also located in a quiet area despite being so close to everything. I'd like to thank every staff member for their attentiveness and kindness. They offer a buffet breakfast, and everything is delicious. They offer internet access, easy parking, heating, security, and proximity to the city center. They also have a very cute dog. We loved the whole atmosphere. During our stay, every time we left or returned from the hotel, we thought we were going home. 💐
