the night temperature was -3 degrees and the window in my room had been left open. i reported the situation to the reception. instead of offering a solution, i was asked completely irrelevant questions such as “who opened it?” and “are they sleeping?”, and the responsibility was pushed back onto me with a “what am i supposed to do?” attitude. i clearly explained that the room was extremely cold and that i would get sick if i slept like that. only after repeatedly insisting did someone come to the room. the air conditioner remote, which was actually hanging on the wall, was noticed about ten minutes later. the temperature was set to 22 degrees on the air conditioner screen, but the unit was not working properly and had no effect on the room temperature, and they left. this is not taking a guest seriously. it is simply brushing the problem off. the room was still freezing. my request for a room change was refused, and i was told “we will look at it tomorrow morning.” on top of that, there was no hot water the day before, and i had to take a shower with ice cold water. the combination of a freezing room and no hot water made the stay completely unbearable. this place is extremely poor in terms of guest comfort, crisis management, and professionalism. action is taken only if you push hard, if that can even be called taking action. i definitely do not recommend this place. the location is far from the center, and there is no transportation late at night. although the towels and bedsheets were clean, i could not sleep peacefully at all. the environment was especially chaotic and noisy at night. money completely wasted, a serious regret. i did not stay in these areas myself, but from what i saw, the mixed dorm my friend stayed in and the male dorms are designed like a prison and are extremely uncomfortable. please consider paying a little more and choosing an option that is at least respectful to guests and solution oriented.
