All of the 5-star reviews are mind boggling. Are they genuine? I could not have been more disappointed. There was no peace and calm described in these reviews. Every night deafening music from the next door event space until 2 am. And during the day construction noise non-stop. My tent smelled like septic tank. And to make matters worse, the staff were inexperienced and immature, unable to problem solve and even patronizing and insulting. The restaurant was good and the spa but I couldn’t wait to leave.

From the moment you arrive, you know it's going to be an incredible and unique experience. Check-in feels like a ritual of transition: an invitation to release emotional burdens and leave stress behind. Eber deserves special mention, as he gave us a truly warm, friendly, and authentic welcome, setting the tone for the entire experience. It is, without a doubt, a gateway to a new, immersive world. The concept of the place allows for a deep connection with the sounds of nature and, at the same time, encourages you to listen more attentively to the people you're traveling with. Everything is designed to slow down and be present. The rooms are very comfortable and immersive, not only because of their comfort, but also because of the way they are built and integrated into the environment. Sleeping there is part of the experience: it feels intimate, natural, and profoundly relaxing. The hotel also has an exclusive beach, accessible only to guests, guaranteeing tranquility, privacy, and a unique connection with the sea. Breakfast is delicious and even more enjoyable in their beautiful restaurant, where the ambiance and service elevate every meal. The staff is exceptional, and special mention goes to Frank and Wilber, who always made us feel at home with their warm, genuine, and constant attention. Finally, the spa is simply splendid: a space designed for total relaxation, perfect for complementing an already transformative experience.

my favourite is place in Tulum, little paradise. Hospitality is exceptional, especially at the restaurant! It’s for service from staff like Alexis and Rafael you want to keep coming back, they do make you feel special, and at the end of the day it’s how one makes you feel that’s what’s memorable. Food is amazing, coffee fantastic. This is my little spot now ❤️
