Cons: Old hotel, main dining room - food below expectations for such a large hotel, sauna and most alcoholic beverages require an additional fee, far from any attractions outside the hotel. Pros: good location near the airport, large beach. Nice vegetation on the paths.

This experience was unfortunately negative. The hotel merchant took the double payment from the travel company but never informed them that the one of the two rooms I paid for was cancelled. Fast forward to when I get there in May to check in. They don't have the two rooms, just the one. However I was told that if I paid them $300 Euros we'd be able to stay. Since we had no other options being in a foreign country we paid, as well as already prebooked paid transportation to and from the hotel. Afterwards I was in contact with the travel company who let me know that Out of the Blue was supposed to reimburse me. I have written communication from them that they're supposed to reimburse me, provided the information and details, but they have now ceased contact for the past month. I have being trying to receive reimbursement prior to my daughter's birthday party, which does not look like it will happen in time. Travels beware (especially those from the United States), please check to make sure that your room is actually booked. Also do not trust that they will make things right, especially when they fraudulently double charge you.
