In this hotel the health club give you a horrible experience: staff rude, dirty, towels very old and pour, no toilet paper to the toilets, missing shower gel to the showers, no body cream! And you pay four stars package!

THE WORST HOTEL I’ve ever stayed in I was really looking forward to a night away and found this hotel online I have stayed in the belfry at Sutton coalfield before witch was a good experience unfortunately I expected to get the same experience from this shabby hotel first off after arrival we checked into our room that had a bad odour of sewage then we complained and got moved to a suite that wasn’t much different slightly bigger thier were hand prints everywhere all over the hotel especially on mirrors in our room as if they did not clean it properly some of the towels where stained with yellow spots and room was freezing with no way of turning up the heater but this was not the worst part the morning after my stay I woke up with bite marks later to go home to my local pharmacy to be told I have been bitten by bedbugs due to staying at this unhygienic sad excuse of a hotel the hotel when I later contacted them did not want to take any accountability of this basically calling me a liar even thought I had photographic evidence do not stay at this smelly hotel unless you want to be a bedbugs late night snack
