I took the time to read old reviews... some of them are even 2 years old... but it seems like the hotel/lodge management or whatever it's called hasn't improved... 2 weeks ago, because it was already late and we were quite tired (me and 2 children) chose this inn because the photos on the hotel provider's apps were very good (photos, yes)... finally we chose this inn... but after checking in & entering the room which is categorized as a Suite Room (Rinjani) the position of the room was like it was forced to be "made" into a room because it was located under the stairs... when you enter, you immediately see a really scary mirror, covered in spray paint... the room is damp, smelly, and the vibe is strange... we checked the toilet, dirty, smelly, there are cockroaches... is this really a suite? In less than 5 minutes, we checked out, wondering how could such a strange and dirty room be sold to the public, even though it's a "suite"? Hotel management must never have read these reviews because, for the past 2 years, guest comments have been mostly the same: about the poor condition and cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel's lack of cleanliness, and the management's failure to renovate the rooms to make them fresher and more livable. Hopefully, management will read this and improve the facilities...it's a huge waste to spend money just for a 5-minute stay and leave disgusted.

Got room number 2 Krakatau. The bed was incredibly hard, and my body ached after staying here for two nights. The location was okay, very strategic, and the view was also great if you went up to the balcony. There was no air conditioning.
