Worst hotel...... i never seen before, before handover to us they never do any cleaning toilet someone pass urine, never pick up rubbish, bed sheet dirty, mirror thirty, mosquito flying around. Hotel staff are rude even Manager too no politely, she make argument type of defensive.very poor maintenance.

The worst hotel experience ever for me! Location: secluded area..a little scary for woman at night. Hotel neccesities: aircond is old shool but still ok, bed is wobbly but still ok, furniture looks old and space limited but understandable since budget hotel. No toiletteries provided. Initially no towel provided, have to go ask at counter. Lighting: Horror movie-like The most irritating thing is: receptionist lazy and dont care at all. We arrived at the hotel around 12.30am from a long distance travel by motorcycle, and we happened to not have enough cash on hand. The hotel is booking is fully-paid online, but we have to pay RM50 deposit cash. I ask for alternative payment method to pay the deposit.. but he insisted to accept cash only, and would not allow us to check in or refund us back on our booking. He said "we only 2 star hotel, all 2 star hotel pay deposit cash only!". (I dont think this hotel worthy to be given 2 stars. I rate 0 star) After a leghty argument, he allow me and my wife in to this sad hotel room, but I need to go out and find ATM to withdraw money, else we're getting kicked out. After left my wife and belongings in the hotel room, i roam around Ipoh town until 2pm to find ATM. This is not our town, how should i know which ATM available after midnight..bank sure close, petrol station too.After asking a quite number of locals, one of them suggested to withdraw at one KKMART with MEPS ATM. I mean, I admitted that part of it is our fault to not prepared enough cash beforehand, but the hotel guys should offer some alternative, or at least some initiative to help in any ways. Finally, unlike the name, this hotel is not comfortable AT ALL. FYI the booking fee is RM65 excluding taxes for a doble bed room. I have stay in a lot better budget hotel for way cheaper than this. the price or hotel condition is not the main issue, but the service provided is sad and dissapointing. FYI we're just staying here as a rest place only from our long trip from KL to Betong Thailand. not expecting some heavenly experience, but at least..... haiihhh Definitely will blacklist this hotel in the future, haha
