DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE – DO NOT STAY HERE !!! This hotel completely ruined my trip. I had a confirmed reservation via Booking.com, but when I arrived late at night, the front desk coldly told me my booking was cancelled and that the hotel was fully booked, with absolutely NO room for me. Here’s the worst part: 👉 I NEVER received any cancellation notice. No email. No message. Nothing. My booking was valid and confirmed before arrival. When I contacted Booking.com immediately, customer service clearly stated that this was the HOTEL’S fault, because the hotel failed to keep a room for my reservation. Yet the hotel front desk had the audacity to lie and blame Booking.com, claiming the platform cancelled my booking in the system. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. Because of their incompetence and dishonesty, I was left stranded late at night with no accommodation, when almost all hotels were fully booked. The stress and anxiety this caused was unbearable. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. If you value your safety, time, and peace of mind — DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. A confirmed reservation clearly means nothing to them.

Budget hotel. Location on the main road. There is only a laundry in that area. Food shops are a bit far away. Grocery shops are also a bit far away. Parking is a bit limited
