THE WORST EVER HOTEL I STAYED IN MY LIFE. I dont know who is the owner but you better do the whole QC for yr hotel. I swear to God, the water heater is broken & i need to wait freaking four days just to wait their action. And guess what? The indian man come only with the "kepala shower" & change it. I even list all the problems to the indian girl (receptionist). After change that thing, he said he will come to change water heater tomorrow, jokes on me, he didnt come. When i asks the receptionist girl, she said "ouh the technician offday". The worst part is i already booked for 14days & need to take a shower with a cold water. Every single day i got a cramp because they cannot fixed the problem. I also list to her that i want to change the pillow because the pillow too smelly. I asks everyday for 4 days, she terus said "ouh our room is full now, cannot change the pillow". When i check on agoda & etc, lot of room still available & i thinking like "this hotel dont have any extra pillow? So they never change the pillow or what?". I know this is a budget hotel but i always go to a lot of budget hotel & used to stay that same price with this hotel, but this hotel way to terrible. Its very nice of me to not viral this hotel because i already pissed off with this hotel & will never ever come back or have any things related to this hotel. If you guys come far away from Rawang & decide to stay on budget hotel, please not choose this hotel. Sorry not sorry
