Booked this hotel because I was attending a concert at Axiata. They do not provide tissue paper or extra toilet rolls. Reception is also closed at night so if you run out of toilet paper at night gg. This hotel is very bare bones, you get a bed and a toilet, nothing more than that. My bedsheet had a small hole and the water pressure of the shower varies. The uncle at the reception said that it’s possible to walk back to the hotel after the concert to avoid the traffic jams but they never explained how to walk back, and at certain parts of the walking route provided by google maps I couldn’t see any proper sidewalk. Not safe to walk at all. Not worth booking if you are coming for a concert, book elsewhere.

When i wanted to check in, there is an uncle saying he can cancel or reject the booking that i ady paid in full if he wanted to. The reason is i booked thru Agoda get cheaper price instead of booking with them directly. Dont ever stay in this hotel. They will treat you as foreigner even im malaysian.

One of my worst experience for a hotel where there is no line, bad WiFi connection & worst of all after booking there is no one at all at the reception. The door is closed from 7pm until late. What kind of hotel doesn't hv a 24 hour reception? It is very frustrating to have to deal with this type of service. This is my first and last time here!!!
