I checked in to use the charger, it's a good hotel.

The Ozkaymak Incekum Hotel falls far short of its 5-star rating and all-inclusive service. We inspected several rooms to be objective, and unfortunately, the picture was the same everywhere. The rooms are extremely dated: the furniture is worn, literally falling apart in places, and dirt and dust are visible. Cleaning is poor, leaving a persistent feeling of neglect. The rooms lack toiletries, shelves for clothes, and nowhere to hang towels or dry wet clothes. In some rooms, loud road noise is a major issue, making it virtually impossible to sleep at night. The common areas and hallways appear neglected: dirty dishes can sit on the tables for hours, and cleaning is either perfunctory or nonexistent. The restaurant and food are a particular disappointment. Dirty tables, torn and dirty napkins, an untidy coffee machine, and a general feeling of unsanitary conditions. The food is tasteless and repetitive. Many dishes are edible. It's especially strange to see this in Turkey, where they usually know how to cook and love delicious food—but here, it seems like they simply don't know how. The staff is unfriendly and distant: no one smiles, no one can help, and it feels like guests aren't welcome. There's a man at reception who doesn't speak English, and he was alone that night. He couldn't check us in properly; we communicated through Google, wondering how that was even possible. No one helped us with our suitcases that night. It's important to note that this isn't an isolated incident or a subjective opinion. The hotel has thousands of similar reviews from tourists from different countries, all with the same problems: dirty, old rooms, noise, poor food, and not living up to the 5-star rating. I usually read reviews and log into accounts to see where else someone has stayed and whether their accommodations match mine. Then the picture becomes clearer. This time, I missed that, and everything turned out horribly. People who vacation at excellent 5-star hotels don't come here. Bottom line: the hotel requires major renovations, including a review of cleaning, food, and staff standards. We do not recommend it at this time, especially for those looking for a comfortable stay and a truly all-inclusive experience.
