Pacific Bay Grand Suites

Went there with a 2 night reservation. After my interactions with the staff at the front desk and restaurant, I decided to extend my stay another 3 nights. All staff are wonderful and engaging. The rooms are well maintained, clean, and in good order. They provide slippers and bath robes. You need to sign up for the breakfast buffet. Ms Doctor has the place not only beautiful looking but the size and selection of foods from different ethnic styles is phenomenal. The staff is smiling and very attentive. I’m glad I had met Kizia at the front desk. When she explained the benefits of this hotel I was sold.

OVERVIEW We stayed here for five nights (December 28 to January 2), it was their PREMIER STUDIO with Kitchen and this was honestly one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. This was also my first time booking through Agoda, and I was lucky to find a great deal for a longer stay. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. ROOM & VIEW We were assigned a room on the 33rd floor, which made the stay extra special. We stayed through New Year’s Eve, and all we had to do was open the window and step onto the balcony, the fireworks view was absolutely insane. It made my first time staying in Metro Manila unforgettable. Everything in the room was clean, functional, and working properly. LOCATION (WHERE) The location is extremely convenient. Robinsons Place Manila is just a few meters away, with lots of food options and bars nearby. It’s also close to Manila Ocean Park and Manila Zoo, making it easy to get around and explore the city. WIFI The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast and reliable. My partner was able to work remotely without any issues, which is a huge plus for long stays. PARKING We booked on the same day, so we initially didn’t get an in-house parking slot. Once a slot became available, we were able to park inside the hotel right away. The parking area is a bit uphill, but our Mitsubishi Xpander had no trouble at all. For the first few days, we parked a few blocks away at a paid parking area (around ₱100 per day) while waiting for an internal slot. Our car was safe the entire time. STAFF & SERVICE The staff were very accommodating and straightforward. They provided exactly what was promised, responded well to requests, and made the stay smooth and stress-free. CLEANLINESS Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. I did notice tiny cockroaches under the bed, which might suggest the room hadn’t been occupied for a while. Aside from that, cleanliness and comfort were not an issue. FINAL THOUGHTS Great value, amazing views, fast Wi-Fi, convenient location, and reliable service. I truly had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again.

That's right. It was my first time using it, but there were a lot of bugs and the shower drainage was terrible. As for the location, Robinson Place MANILA is nearby, so it's easy to access shopping and sightseeing spots.
