Disappointing. Room was very outdated and nothing like the photos advertised. One aircon in the whole apartment located in the living room, so had to sleep with bedroom doors open. We were not told about the jackhammering that would be going on during our stay. Tennis court is run down and only half sized, not as advertised.

Our main and initial disappointment was that the bedding configuration was not as advertised. The room was booked specifically because it was advertised as containing 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Double beds, which was the primary reason we selected this hotel. After checking in, we were informed by front reception that this could not be corrected and were simply told “sorry.” It was only after speaking directly with management that one set of the single beds was changed to a queen. We were advised that the remaining double beds could not be accommodated at all, as it was in fact two single beds. This was disappointing, particularly as the bedding configuration was the deciding factor in our booking. The response was simply the advertisement was wrong and staff had not even heard of scoopon (who were booked through) Dirty glassware stored in the cupboard Heavy dust and mould buildup on the main air conditioning unit Dryer water container completely full and needing to be emptied before use (a missed housekeeping step) Bathroom vents pushed in and heavily dust-covered Bedroom air conditioners visibly dusty and mouldy, indicating long-term buildup rather than a single missed clean Balcony glass with obvious handprints and food stains from previous guests We were also disappointed that tennis rackets and balls were unavailable due to reduced staffing hours. I would suggest considering an honesty box or similar system so advertised facilities can be accessed at all times. We did call prior to arrival to ask if available so we didn't pack our own, to be told they were available for hire although the times we wanted to use them, no staff available. Additionally, the pool table did not match what is shown in the website photos. In reality, there is a pole obstructing play, and the triangle provided does not fit or function properly. The little things that matter. For general maintenance awareness: All bedroom air conditioners made loud clunking noises intermittently throughout our stay. Our bond was refunded in full although was done over 48hrs after checking out and only after we followed it up was it instantly in our account but was told it was due to our bank.

The hotel has been refurbished. We were on the ninth floor with amazing views, beautiful decor and clean. However, for a 3 bedroom apt the balcony was very small with small table and 4 chairs. ( Apt sleeps 6). No BBQ. The master bedrooms bathroom is a tiny room with no door. The WC is positioned in full view of the bed, so definitely no privacy. The air conditioning is really noisy, with a droning noise kicking in every 5 minutes. Spoke to reception and they could not get maintenance as it was a weekend. Receptionist was lovely and apologetic and offered us a pedal fan instead.
