We had a fantastic stay at Pacific Resort Rarotonga as a family with two small children. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. A special thank you goes to Zee, who went far beyond what we expected. When we had a problem with a local car rental company, Zee took the time to help us resolve the situation. His support, patience and willingness to assist made a huge difference for us during our stay. That level of service is something you rarely experience. We would also like to thank Ana from housekeeping, who prepared our room beautifully. Every day the room was perfectly arranged, clean and welcoming. It was obvious that she put real care and attention into her work. Another highlight was the restaurant team. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with our children and always made them feel welcome. Travelling with a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old can sometimes be challenging, but the restaurant staff handled everything with warmth, smiles and genuine friendliness. The entire atmosphere of the resort is relaxed, friendly and family-oriented. It truly feels like a place where the staff care about their guests. The only small point that could be improved is the breakfast buffet. Compared to some other resorts we have stayed at, the selection was a bit limited. However, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff still made breakfast a pleasant experience. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Pacific Resort Rarotonga, especially for families looking for a beautiful and welcoming place to stay in the Cook Islands. Thank you again to the whole team – and especially to Zee and Ana – for making our stay so memorable.

We weren't staying at the Pacific Resort Rarotonga as hotel guests, but were there for lunch, and our impression was overwhelmingly positive: The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the food delicious and freshly prepared, and the ocean view truly beautiful. The menu and wine selection are very similar to those at Little Polynesian and Pacific Resort Aitutaki, which makes sense, as these resorts appear to be affiliated and under the same management. Overall, it was a very harmonious experience for a relaxed lunch with good food, a great view, and warm service. We were completely satisfied and gladly give it five stars on Google Maps.

Fabulous spot in paradise. We had the best, most relaxing 5 days here on our way through to New Zealand. The villas are clean and well-maintained and service is lovely at the bar and restaurant. Perfect if you want a cocktail on the beach!
