This was a terrible experience. The hotel room was completely different from the pictures. It was advertised as having a sea or pool view, but the actual room was a closed space with no windows or balcony, just a fake glass wall, and it was next to a pile of garbage. The hotel refused to change the room and offered no apology for the terrible experience. Choose carefully! Highly not recommended! Absolutely terrible!

What kind of hotel management is this? Do you have a manager? Why aren't guest complaints responded to properly? Is that the attitude of hospitality? Instead of meeting and solving the problem, the manager hides, I'm very disappointed. If I were the owner of this hotel, I would spend more to find a manager with GM experience who can lead multi-departments, budget and trained, rather than being very frugal and getting a fake manager who ends up destroying the business. I'm tired of staying at this hotel, never again.
