Paiaguás Palace Hotel

My experience at this hotel was quite unsatisfactory and far from the standard expected for a professional lodging service. I made the reservation through the Decolar platform and, even after more than four hours since the confirmation and presenting the voucher, the reservation was not showing up in the hotel's system at the time of check-in, which caused embarrassment and delays in service. The service at reception was inadequate and unfriendly, with a demeanor incompatible with the hospitality expected of a hotel, conveying the feeling that the guest is doing the establishment a favor. In addition, I highlight other relevant negative points: - Separate parking fee, without clear and prior information at the time of booking; - Need for intervention by an employee to release the room, due to a system failure; - Inability to use the room's internet, being necessary to use only the hotel's public network, as my registration was not completed; - Presence of an elevator marked as under maintenance, with isolation tape, generating insecurity; - The bathroom door was warped and didn't close properly, compromising room ventilation and allowing excessive light in the morning, affecting rest. Given the combination of operational failures, inadequate service, and structural problems, the experience was negative. At the moment, I do not intend to return to this hotel, and I am making this complaint so that management can assess and correct the reported problems, preventing other guests from experiencing the same situation.
