My friends and I booked this accommodation after seeing pictures of the rooms in a Muuji Festival concert group. We inquired about the price, which was 900 baht per person. We had to book at the time because other places near the concert were fully booked. We booked for early December for 5 people (2 rooms): one room for 3 people and one room for 2 people. On the day of arrival, the hotel called only 3 hours before we got there to inform us that the 2-person room we booked was still under renovation and all other rooms were full. In the end, we were given a room for 3 people, and they reduced the price by 100 baht per person from 4,500 baht to 4,000 baht (a 500 baht discount). The room for 3 people was already cramped, but for 5 people, we had to take turns using the bathroom. The extra bed they provided was incredibly hard – just a wooden plank without a mattress – and we had to ask for a duvet to make it comfortable to sleep on. The condition was appalling; we felt like we paid 2,000 baht for the quality we got. We understand that prices might be higher during concerts, but this was outrageous. Avoid this place if you're planning to stay here.

Jan 69 Terrible. You should not stay here. I booked through Agoda months in advance, but upon arrival they said they didn't receive an email from Agoda and that the rooms were full. They offered me a fan room instead. What a ridiculous idea! Agoda themselves (using speakerphone) said they sent an automated message to the hotel. The hotel, however, ignored it, didn't care, and passed the buck to Agoda to solve the problem. Ridiculous!!! The fault lies with your lack of room management; you only accept walk-ins, and this has happened to many people. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is being renovated. The room doesn't have an air conditioner remote. The TV doesn't work. There's no refrigerator. The room smells of paint and thinner. The room is very dirty. If you're not ready, don't let us book a room. The condition is terrible.
