We stayed for 5 nights and had a good stay. Location is great and close to walk to a lot of local sights. Room was always serviced when we got back and the staff we saw were friendly. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Lifts were fast and rarely did we have to share a lift. Even though you are right on the main street there wasn't much city noise, though that may be different if you have a street facing room. Downsides were the aircon in the room was very loud when trying to sleep, and the floor in the bathroom would get covered with water after showering. We tried to move the shower head and use less pressure and it still leaked onto the floor. Only one side of the bed had a power outlet which made charging devices annoying for the person on the side without a plug in. Good hotel for New Years Eve with the Countdown right out the doorstep!

- The hotel's location is quite convenient, right on a bustling pedestrian street, with many amenities, close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. - However, the room quality is very poor. While I understand that the hotel is old and has an outdated design, I think it needs renovations to be more modern. - The room I booked was outdated and lacked electrical outlets. There was only one outlet in the entire room, located in the most inconvenient position, and another that didn't fit modern plugs. - It was noisy; the air conditioner and its outdoor unit outside the balcony door were so loud all night that I couldn't sleep. - - I had to leave early in the morning, so the hotel said they would provide a takeaway breakfast box. When I went downstairs, I saw the male receptionist had placed two boxes on the table, but no bag (didn't guests carry both luggage and boxes in their hands??). I asked for a bag, but the receptionist said they didn't have one and gave me a large plastic bag without handles (used for laundry), while still looking at his phone instead of checking if I could use it. I found this unprofessional and lacking in customer support. - Because I booked in a hurry, I don't know if the quality of other rooms and other services is better. But I definitely won't be returning to this hotel.

Great location near to many cafes, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to cafe apartment which is great. The rooms are decent sized and clean. Service on the other hand was not the best. I asked for a room away from the lift on the day of check in and the receptionist rolled her eyes at me and said there wasn't any. Once I got to the room, I realized the rooms are in U shaped configuration so all the rooms are near the lift. Communication is a problem (which seems to be the case for HCM as a whole). They also wouldn't refill your water if you finished your daily quota of 2 (which is fine considering the convenience shop was just beside) On check out day, I accidentally taken the laundry bag to put my laundry and was asked to pay 50K VND unless I returned it. Having stayed in many hotels across the world, this is the first time I encountered the hotel charging for laundry bag (extremely ridiculous in my opinion resulting in the poor review) Decent 3 star hotel though service can be improved. The bell boy service on the other hand was exceptional
