The photos are photoshopped. We wanted to stay at the hotel for 4 nights. In the end, when we arrived and saw a crappy hotel, a construction site nearby, a bunch of people, a terrible reception, we decided to change the reservation for 2 days to see the city and go to a better place. That is, to check in not for 4 days, but for 2. We sent a booking request, we received a message that we needed confirmation from the hotel. And then the circus began. They started lying to us that “we cannot cancel the reservation. The system does not allow this” They tried to convince us of this for 30 minutes. But in fact, the hotel employee called the “booking department” and there the woman decided whether to cancel the reservation or not. Since Montenegro has a consumer protection law, which we referred to, we forced them!!! Connect us with the “booking department” And there it turned out that it turns out they can cancel the reservation. More precisely, they promise to cancel, time passes and the manager starts talking nonsense: maybe you will change your mind? “Sorry that we did not tell you about the construction.” The entire conversation with the manager was a little over the phone, but we asked to switch to WhatsApp, because we do not understand English well. The manager called 10 times after that and said "no! I know that you understand me" And again promised to cancel the reservation, and then again did nothing or called and said something, although we asked to write. At this time, near the elevator, we saw a woman in hysterics, who was arguing with the hotel employees, what brought her to hysterics in a "luxury" hotel, I do not know. During the conversation with the manager on the phone, another hotel employee offered to cancel our reservation, but only so that we pay the booking commission. We agreed, But when he began to count How much it was, it turned out that it was 200 euros more than it actually was. And he wanted to get double the commission. We offered to call the police, to which they began to react aggressively, take our things and go to another part of the hotel - a dark sofa in the corridor ... As a result, the evening was ruined, we decided that the rest is more expensive. We are currently sorting out the booking support. We spent 2 hours at the hotel, and in the end they didn't check us in, although we were ready to stay for 2 days and pay 540 euros if anything! Horrible

No towels, TV doesn't work, they brag about having Netflix but it doesn't, blinds can't be lowered, water leaks from the toilet, mirrors don't work, they say the bed linen is changed every other day but it's the same every day, the beds are hard as a rock, the bed linen is yellow, the remote only works in a certain corner, they give you an apartment smaller than the one you chose and then claim that they sold it to you at the lowest price (they didn't) and that it's the most sought after, there's no internet, drawers haven't been cleaned since 2022, there's no washing machine, hair and slime were found on the couch and they demand that we clean their room even though they didn't do the same, the water pressure is like washing yourself with needles and if you're not going with a partner, it's mandatory to mention that there's a transparent window where the shower is and where the entire toilet is in plain sight and you can just cover it with a curtain, I have to say that from the terrace you can see people on both sides because everything is generally transparent here so if you're a fan of people and sociable and you don't mind all of the above, this hotel is right for you anyway, the only good thing about this hotel is that it is about 100m from the beach, so if you plan to come here, don't come to the apartment from the beach.
