I’m currently staying in the royal villa at palavra resort Unfortunately, I would like to share that this stay has been quite disappointing compared to my previous experiences at Palavra Resort. I have stayed at this hotel twice before, and both visits were excellent, which is why I chose to return again. This time, however, the quality has noticeably declined. Upon arrival, the room was not properly prepared and was missing basic essential items such as towels, tissues, and kitchen utensils. More importantly, I would like to highlight a major concern regarding the kids’ playroom. During my previous stays, the playroom was one of the main reasons we enjoyed the resort, as it was well-equipped and very attractive for children. I have two children, one is three years old and the other is one year old, so this facility is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, during this stay, the playroom was completely empty with no toys at all. When I asked about this, I was informed that it is currently under development and that all toys were removed. However, this information was not mentioned at all when we made the reservation through Booking, which was quite disappointing and misleading, as it significantly affected our decision to book this stay. In addition, I would like to note that the room rates have increased considerably compared to my previous visits, yet unfortunately the overall quality and level of service have declined noticeably. This was unexpected and did not meet the standards we had previously experienced at your resort. Upon noticing this significant decline and the changes in the facilities, I considered canceling the reservation. However, I was informed that the booking was non-refundable, which left us with no option despite the circumstances and the lack of prior disclosure regarding these changes. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken into serious consideration, particularly regarding transparency with guests about available facilities, pricing, and maintaining service quality that reflects the rates charged.

Simply will not book at this hotel noting that the night price is too much compared to the services, I had the most disappointing break fast where the pastries I had it was not fresh at all, not welcoming staff.
