David Retana is a hero! Exceptional service in a crisis: Our stay was beautiful, but the true test of a resort is how they handle a crisis. On our last day, our rental car suffered a total system failure right in the middle of the road, just two hours before our flight. David Retana stepped in and saved our trip. He helped move the car to safety, spent an hour on the phone with Avis and insurance for us, and took full responsibility for the car pick-up after we left so we could rush to the airport. Because of David, we made our flight. He is the definition of Four Seasons excellence. If you stay here, you are in great hands!
