After booking a "suite," with photos showing twin beds and specifying at the time of booking that twin beds were available, we were asked for an additional fee upon arrival. After several exchanges of messages, the prices changed throughout the conversation (!), as did the policy regarding children's ages (even though we had obviously specified and paid for this). A hotel is not a marketplace. Adding fees for families creates an unpleasant impression and is perceived as petty. It's a shame for your customers wanting to have a pleasant stay, especially since the room, "so-called a suite," was the most expensive and the reservation was clearly specified for three people. It should be noted, however, that the breakfast staff were much kinder and more welcoming.

Positive: Beautiful building, a former palace, with a very warm atmosphere and excellent staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Marcela, who helped me whenever I needed assistance. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area, with a large square in front and close to major tourist attractions. The rooms were always clean and well maintained. Negative: In 2026, it is unacceptable that the TV cannot connect to the internet and therefore cannot be used for streaming services like Netflix. As a tourist, watching local Italian TV is not useful if you don’t understand the language, and after a long day you want to relax and watch a movie, which was not possible. I was told that other guests had complained about this issue as well, but nothing seemed to be done. Another negative point was the noise from the bathroom pipes at night, which was disturbing when trying to sleep and relax. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, with more savory options rather than mostly sweet ones. Some of the items also did not seem very fresh. Overall, I have a positive impression of the hotel, but a few small improvements could be made to make the experience even better. Small details, but very helpful for the guests.

We had a wonderful weekend at Hotel Palazzo Vitturi! The location is very central, and all the sights are within easy reach. Our room was lovely, with old frescoes on the walls, antique furniture, and a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We'll definitely be back soon!
