We spent two weeks there on an all-inclusive basis and never managed to get a single sun lounger by the pool. People rushed to grab them as soon as the pool opened and then immediately went back to what they were doing! There was absolutely no respect for other guests. The lifeguards weren't doing their jobs properly; they weren't monitoring the problem. The gym was truly pathetic, ridiculous. The buffet was far too repetitive; we got tired of it very quickly. The pool itself was really nice and quite large. However, for the first three days we were allowed to bring our inflatable rings, and then they stopped us!

Great hotel, definitely worth the price, the food was okay, nothing wrong with it. The hotel's location is perfect, and I found the staff very friendly. Everything was also very clean and tidy.

The personal was arrogant when we arrived. Didn’t get any info on breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or any help with the luggage. Just pointed in the direction our room was in. Room 1. The hotel room was dirty, no shower supplies such as soap or hair wash. (As in any 4-star hotel) broken shower, dirty towels, sewer smell in the bathroom. Very poorly soundproofed, you can hear the cars outside like when you watch a formula 1 race in the grandstand and the neighbors like a porn movie with surround sound. Or the new AirPods…. A hairdryer sounds like a small jet plane in the hallway when you pass a room. Then the electrician had fixed the tv cable…. The 230v connector was taped to the cables coming out of the wall with just a thin layer electrical tape (serious hazard) The balcony door didn’t lock. So I hope you feel safe with wide open doors in a foreign country. We changed room because of all this. Room 2. The new room was much better….. not. Broken AC, loose floor boards, broken towel hanger in the bathroom. Broken shower in this bathroom as well. Molde in the door lining, broken floor tiles, bacteria growth between the tiles and so on… They couldn’t fix the ac in 3 days. So we got yet another room. Room 3. The ac worked! Success, so I thought… The drainage was clogged. And I mean really clogged. Had to work really hard to get it to drain. Didn’t have the energy to complain, so I fixed it myself. General areas. A lot of German and French people smoking by the pool, outside the restaurant and the “bar area” So you basically can’t escape cigarette smoke. All this may sound like a joke, but I have pictures and videos of it all. Oh, by the way. The cards for the rooms stops working at least 2-3 times in a week. I would definitely not call this a 4-star hotel. Maybe a 3-star hostel… Don’t get fooled by the pictures, photoshop or a good photographer will make wonders.
