I only stayed at the hotel for a night, so I can't comment on the service. It was close to the station, so it was nice to be able to share a room with two adults and two children. There were plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants nearby. I stayed at the hotel at night with my children, and the area was safe. When I stayed in January 2026, the room was clean, and although the drain cover accidentally came off, it was still clean. The hotel's name evoked images of heaven. Perhaps that's why the shower room shone with rainbow colors. I imagined it as a Japanese love hotel, but it wasn't that flashy and I think it was just right. However, I think the area around urban train stations in any country is unsafe. Don't let your guard down. However, compared to 2003, I think Rome as a whole has improved. However, I think I got ripped off a little by a taxi yesterday. Using a map on your smartphone can help prevent this. I felt Uba was expensive for nearby areas. If you're going nearby and want to save time, I recommend taking a taxi.

Well, location is perfect, but anything else is not. Of course, the rooms were clean but very modestly furnished, and the hotel's best days are behind it - the same applies to breakfast. Don't expect the luxury you'd imagine under 4* in other destinations.

Sometimes the people are what make a place great. When traveling we can lose sight of what's important when picking a hotel. When my family and I stayed at Hotel Palladium, my wife experienced a medical emergency in the night. The staff were quick in calling an ambulance, and after the situation (thankfully!!) resolved, they treated us tourists with kindness and tenderness. I hope that most don't have to experience how calm under pressure the staff was, but they're certainly trustworthy. That being said, the hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast is hearty and well worth it. The rooms that were considered a suite were a little small, but still nice. Cleaning staff is phenomenal as well. Thank you Hotel Palladium!
