The hotel is absolutely terrible, the cleanliness is not hygienic at all. When a customer says the pool is being cleaned but the inside is filthy, is it acceptable for the owner or manager to say, "Are you ripping each other off?" The food was really spoiled, there was food on the counter, and the beach was a fiasco. You'll regret your day and money coming here. You come a long way, you can't enter the pool before 2 pm, you can't check from the outside. And then they say, "Breakfast or early check-in, don't let anyone hear, pay this much..."

It was a disgusting experience, their conversations were beyond awful, their attitudes were disgusting, the rooms were very dirty, there was hair in the food, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, it's a shame, what kind of era do we live in? I'll get the images from my wife and add them here.

First, let me say this: the rooms aren't family rooms; they're single rooms, and the beds are side by side. The hotel's dining area isn't air-conditioned; you eat indoors, so you can't eat in the garden or by the pool. The hotel's beverage service closes at 10 p.m., and everything is dark. There's no music or entertainment. The pool isn't clean enough, and even the pool lights don't turn on in the evenings. The food is passable, but there's not much variety; the food is generally similar. The hotel is a 15-minute walk to the seafront. The Side market is a 15-minute minibus ride away. I also think the hotel caters primarily to Turkish customers. There were a few foreigners there during my week there. For the same price, you can find better hotels in Side.
