We've stayed here twice and its definately our return to stay without any hesitation. Firstly the rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. Secondly all the service as well as housekeeping staff are the best. Always prompt and service with a ready smile. Would like to mention 2 staffs who are extremely helpful and always ready with good information. My deepest thank you Farah and Fasha for their prompt friendly assistance. Thirdly the location is perfect. Walking distance to all popular malls and lots of eating places yet away from the hectic traffic. Our only complaint is that we can never get enough staying there, wished we could stay longer. Keep up the great work Pan Pac. We have bookmarked this place as our favourite.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Bukit Bintang but just quiet enough to get in and out of with ease. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were great but not perfect. Finishing of joinery by the builder is sub, and air conditioning to main room outlet placement doesn't cool the room well. But this didn't take away from my overall stay. Breakfast was varied and sufficient. Gym and pool were better than typical hotels, and shared access to Parkroyal Collection including St Gregory Spa. Suite has everything you need including cooking, fridge, washer/dryer, and filtered drinking water. Great hotel to stay at.
