Pantai Regal Hotel

There are many facilities around the hotel area. It's easy to walk.

Room was equipped with generally basic setup. Has water heater for the shower, to iron your clothes will need to go to the 1st floor. Its in the Surau. No electric kettle.

Very Poor Service – Will Not Book Again!! I booked Pantai Regal Hotel five days in advance, then realized I had mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. The correct hotel I needed was Pantai Regal City Hotel, which is near my class location. The difference is only the word “City”, which caused the confusion. I immediately contacted the hotel to request a date change. My first request through the booking platform was rejected. However, one day before my check-in date, a hotel staff contacted me and informed me that I could change the date if the new dates were available. I then submitted a new date change request, but received no response at all. I tried calling the hotel multiple times—no one answered. Later, they messaged me through the booking platform. I replied immediately to proceed with the date change, but no action was taken until my original booking date had already passed. On my actual check-in date, I called again and the staff simply told me to “just check in to avoid the booking being burnt,” without offering any help or solution for the date change. Since then, I have continued trying to contact them, but there has been zero response. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service. There was no clear communication, no follow-up, and no responsibility taken by the hotel staff. I will never book this hotel again and strongly advise others to think twice if you expect proper service or support.
