Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel fell far short of expectations. To begin with, the breakfast is extremely poor and in no way justifies the price charged. The selection is very limited—just plain croissants, coffee, water, juice, and milk—without any variety. The space is tiny, accommodating a maximum of four people, and there was no one available to clean or replenish what was missing. As for the room, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was a lot of dust and the feeling that it hadn't been properly prepared for our arrival, especially because the corners of the walls were dirty. The worst part of the whole experience was being robbed inside the hotel itself. I left 100 euros in my wallet, which in turn was inside my backpack, hidden and with the zipper completely closed. In the morning, I checked that the money was there; however, when we returned—after cleaning the room—the money was no longer there. The employee stated that “the wallet was on the floor” and that he put it inside the suitcase, which is impossible, as the wallet was stored inside the backpack and could not have fallen out on its own. This clearly demonstrates that our belongings were handled without authorization. Furthermore, our personal items, such as makeup, creams, and other items, were rearranged, confirming that there was improper handling of our belongings. I asked for help at reception and explained the situation, but there was no effort to resolve the problem. The only response was that “this had never happened before” and that they regretted that I had lost my money—no real assistance was offered. Despite the excellent location, next to the Pantheon and close to several tourist attractions accessible on foot, the quality/price ratio is terrible. To make matters worse, we were forced to pay an extra amount at check-in without any clear explanation. To make matters worse, we were forced to pay an extra fee at check-in, without any clear explanation. I do not recommend this hotel and found the experience extremely disappointing.
