The resort is on a grand scale, as if the entire mountain were a resort. It seemed to have been renovated, and the room was very clean. The furnishings were also nice. The hospitality was excellent. When I parked in the parking lot, a hotel staff member contacted the front desk and came to pick me up in a cart. I went to the front desk in a cart like the ones you see at golf courses. After checking in at the lobby, which is located on a hill, I was again driven to my room. The garden, pool, and spa were all wonderful facilities. Depending on the day of the week, meditation is also possible in the cave-like area below the pool. My room was a twin bedroom with a bathtub, but there was also a large sofa set on the balcony, so I could relax surrounded by greenery. Both dinner and breakfast were served in the restaurant connected to the lobby, where I could enjoy the spectacular view. The American breakfast was delicious. Dinner took a while to arrive, but it was delicious. I was surprised that there was hot water in the sink and in the hand basin of the toilet below the lobby, which is rare in Thailand. It was January, a cool season, so we didn't go in, but the 37-degree hot spring jacuzzi and pool were also appealing. They provided transportation to and from all areas by cart or car. Finally, when they were driving me back from the parking lot, they asked for my room number, which I wondered about, but they contacted the staff below and drove me right to where I had parked my car in the parking lot. I felt that they were very considerate right up to the very end. I would like to come again.

Although it was beautiful, there are a lot of drawbacks to staying at this hotel. Firstly, it is so isolated from the city that Grab riders refuse to drive you to the hotel from the city. They accept the ride and then tell you they won’t take you there unless you cancel the ride and pay them double the fare. The food at the hotel is not good, especially considering how isolated it is they should have better quality food available since it’s so hard to get to other options. The spa was extortion — they were charging more than triple in comparison to spas in town. Overall, it was pretty challenging to contact them as a foreigner via whatsapp because they often would take days to respond or not respond at all even when asking questions while staying at the hotel. The property itself was gorgeous however, and we really enjoyed the views. I would not recommend coming here as a foreigner but would be a better experience as a local with a car.

The rooms were excellent, very clean, and the staff were friendly, polite, and lovely. The location amidst beautiful nature is perfect for relaxation. The only minor complaint is the long wait time for food, which was over 40 minutes to an hour. The place is almost perfect in every way, but it's not ideal for walking or exercising, especially for the elderly. While the grounds are nice for walks, the paths are steep, requiring a lot of leg strength. Adding stairs would be great. 😊
