The Google Maps rating is unreasonably low. It's a good hotel with decent breakfasts. The grounds are well-maintained, the rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the staff is polite. We liked everything, but the location isn't great. It's a bit far from everything, with practically nothing nearby, but the pleasant stay makes up for it.

Although it was a bit far from the airport, calling a private taxi made the journey from the airport to the hotel safe and comfortable. This taxi service is provided when you book the hotel. The taxi driver was kind, friendly, and helpful, even recommending places to visit. They also offered round-trip transfers for city tours for an additional fee! Instead of a meter, they quoted a price when we first got in, allowing us to tour the city safely and enjoyably. 👍 The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the pool was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phuket. I would love to come back.
