This hotel is at a prime location that is close to all major transportation on the island. The hotel was also very attentive respectful and professional, I highly recommend this establishemnt.

Good location, close to various transport points such as vaporettos, gondolas, bus station, train station, etc. However, it is not easy to cross the bridges to the hotel with luggage. There is no accessibility on any of them, including at the hotel entrance. The building is very traditional for the city, with Venetian-style decoration, such as Murano glass decorative objects, mirrors, antique furniture, etc. At times it looks like an antique shop. Highlights include the beautiful garden where breakfast is served, the lobby, and the bar. As for the room, it is not spacious, and the furniture, walls, and bathroom already show signs of wear. The bed linens and towels are of good quality, but there is no bed runner or pillows, as in the commercial photos. I booked four days just to spend my birthday, as I had already spent ten days in other tourist cities in Italy. I notified Customer Service, however, I did not receive any birthday greetings, apart from an automated email thanking me for the stay. Overall, I expected more.

Beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable, with a great restaurant and an extremely attentive staff! In addition, it's super well located for those arriving by train, as you can walk from Santa Lucia station and, at the same time, from the hotel you can easily explore all of Venice on foot! I recommend it and we will repeat the experience on a future trip to Venice!
