Do not book with them! They will take your money and book you in for completely different dates that you have selected and refuse to refund your money! This has happened on numerous occasions to myself and others that I know. Customer service is shocking.

What a dump. Location is good, but it's certainly not a "resort". Our room had a light globe missing from one of the bedside lamps. When nothing had been done two days later after being informed, the manager said he had "advised maintenance." It would have taken someone 5 mins to come up and screw a light bulb in - I could have done it myself for that matter. But that's only the tip of the iceberg - Our room only had two teabags, the bathroom fan wasn't working, the bathroom had three hair dryers (none of which worked and one had been patched up using masking tape - potentially dangerous, to say the least), our shower was over the bath (not good for anyone with mobility issues climbing in and out) and the bath tap couldn't be shut off, so it was running at the same time as the shower (what a waste of water). Parking under the hotel was nightmare, driving around trying to find spaces allocated for guests. Our room had no safe, no phone, no plates or saucers, a smart TV which wasn't smart, stained and torn carpets, a filthy ceiling fan, and broken drawers in the bathroom. There was also bird poo all over the balcony and outdoor furniture, which had obviously not been cleaned. When I told the manager about all of the above, he gave me a hairdryer and some tea bags. I've noticed ours isn't the only bad review of the property and I asked the manager if he even bothers to read the reviews. He said "yes", so I said "well, what are you doing about it then?" He said "we're getting to it." Too late for us though - give this place a wide berth. If it was possible to give it zero stars, we would - the photos tell a story - and that's "stay away."
