Can't fault the hotel at all, we are staying here at the moment all staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the food is good quality and also the bar areas and entertainment are good too, a special shout out to Juan Carlos and jesus

The bar staff in bar strelizia are fab! Housekeeping are friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean throughout. The bartender in the rooftop bar who’s called Nancy is really friendly and professional. Juan Carlos is the strelizia bar has been super friendly and given such great service and made great cocktails!
