The staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bed is huge. Unfortunately, the windows in the hotel room cannot be opened, and the advertised pool is only accessible via a shuttle service. The area around the hotel appears almost deserted and seems to be worth staying in only if you are planning a boat trip afterward.

I recently stayed two nights at Paradise Suites Hotel Halong, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, with a large, extremely comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after long days exploring Ha Long. The location is convenient — about a 15-minute walk to the marina, which makes it easy to access cruises and waterfront activities while still enjoying a quieter setting away from the crowds. The staff were truly exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, they made the stay feel welcoming and effortless. Breakfast each morning was splendid, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Ha Long — comfortable, well-located, and supported by outstanding service. I would happily return.
