This was our first experience at Paradisus La Perla and it was overall great! All the staff was kind and helpful. We got the reserve upgrade upon arrival and the perks that came with it (free excursion to cenotes, hydrotherapy, etc) were great! Cynthia at Reserve concierge was so helpful in making all our reservations and making our stay special. Being able to communicate via WhatsApp with her made things effortless. Ismael and Sandy at the hadar Buffet, Carlos at lemon fish and Jairo at the pool were some of the staff that stood out during our stay.

This place absolutely amazing great location and beautiful resort. We were upgraded to a stunning suite free of charge…and the beach absolutely lovely. The drinks were top notch and entertainment so much fun. Special shout out to Elvis, Victor and Alberto service was beyond our expectations. I hope to stay here again real soon
