Love the service food and everything about this hotel except for their greed for extra events and lack of understanding for people’s sleep. I have a room which was promised to me as a quiet room and every night there had been music blasting with base at 9 pm. I understand you have private events but don’t lie and say this is a quiet room. Same thing happened to me at the paradises Cancun hotel. These ppl love taking that private even money. And it’s just annoying when traveling with 3 kids. I asked for a quiet room and I just don’t get it. I really want management to read this and understand that 2204 is not a quiet room and please don’t advertise it as such. Otherwise love the rest of the resort.

We LOVED our stay at Paradisus and we will definitely come back next year. Highlights included the spacious rooms and (for us, the swim-out patio was absolutely amazing to allow the littles to nap while still being able to take a dip). This resort keeps families at the core of everything- generous amenities and thoughtful activities for kids, facilities and services geared to make families comfortable and enable TRUE vacation and not just a trip away from home. The food is yummy, vibrant and appealing for all kinds of tastes and needs- and the staff is so warm and accommodating across every little nook of the resort. Our family has a rather special circumstance: we have a special needs child, and traveling for us comes with a number of additional complexities. Families like ours often don't go on trips because of the difficulty it brings. But at Paradisus, we were warmly received and my son was treated with such kindness, respect and hospitality that I was truly moved to tears. He has a special diet, and the concierge, restaurant managers and head chef went out of their way, above and beyond, every single day, to ensure he was included and provided for like any other guest. We are utterly grateful for the sincere hospitality and kindness we experienced.... For the parents of special needs kids, to be cared for in this way was a gesture and experience that was deeply meaningful. Thank you to our exceptional concierge, Erika, for her thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you to chef Monserrat, I want you to know that our son was happy and thriving under your care, thank you to the teams at all the restaurants we visited - Flora and Cielo and the hibachi restaurant, for treating us with hospitality and care. We are excited to come back next year!

Had a great week with family at this resort! Food was good, room was nice, service was great. This resort was perfect for a family with small children, we felt we had lots to do. Our concierge Adrien was amazing as well!
