Location: Excellent location. Reasonable Price: Appropriate for the hotel's amenities. Hotel App: An option for obtaining general information about the hotel, but a good update would be advisable to make it practical and feature-rich, both for this Parador and the other hotels in the chain. Staff Friendliness: Very friendly, polite, and courteous at all times. Clear explanations and courtesy from the Reception, Restaurant, and Spa staff. Room: Stay in a room with sea views, on the 3rd floor, very spacious, excellent views, a well-furnished terrace, and comfortable furniture. Bed Comfort: Very comfortable. Variety of pillow types (2 for each guest). Room Quietness: Very quiet; you can't hear other rooms or noise from the hallways. The room can be partially darkened with blackout blinds. A complete and comfortable bathroom. Complimentary Drinks: Water, Coffee, and Tea. Room Cleanliness: Good. Hotel Cleanliness: Good cleanliness in all common areas. Wi-Fi: Good signal in both common areas and rooms. Breakfast: Good breakfast, varied, with good quality products both at the buffet and in the variety of hot meals ordered on demand. Restaurant: The hotel restaurant was not used during this trip. Bar: This area was not used during this stay. Spa: Clean area with friendly and helpful staff. Parking: Limited parking available for guests.

A beautiful inn in a spectacular setting. All the staff were very friendly, but I'd like to highlight two outstanding professionals: Sandra in the restaurant and Adrián in the spa. It was a wonderful experience that I hope to repeat someday.
