We decided to book this Parador to celebrate our 25th anniversary as Paradores members. The location is truly exceptional. Beach, Albufera lagoon, the Dehesa meadow, the golf course... Absolute tranquility! The walk through the Devesa meadow is very relaxing. The nature trail is well explained, with legends about its flora and fauna. As for the Parador itself, its common areas are beautiful and full of light! The room with a sea view was pleasant and comfortable. Non-slip mat in the bathtub, please! The cafeteria and restaurant service was fantastic. Thank you to the staff! What we didn't like at all was the room service. We ordered breakfast in our room. At reception, they told us we would find the order form in the room. There was nothing there. We asked the chambermaid, and she told us we had to order it at reception. What a hassle! At reception, they gave it to us, and we put it on the door. The night receptionist told us they'd collect it in the early hours. While waiting for breakfast, it got late, and we discovered that no one had collected our order! We called reception, and they apologized and all that. They rushed our breakfast up onto the dishwashing table... and it was dirty! Not even a proper serving table. Poor woman who brought our breakfast up. Because of one person's carelessness, she had to apologize. But of course, they still charged us the extra charge! The next day, we went down for breakfast. You don't take chances! Otherwise, it was fine.

A highly recommended place for a peaceful and pleasant stay. We recently stayed at this Parador and the experience was excellent. We were very comfortable throughout our visit. We especially want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff, who made us feel very well taken care of at all times. Their attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring guests have a wonderful experience is evident. We will definitely return.
