The only positive thing about this hotel is its location within walking distance of Khem. That's it. The rooms are miserable: tiny, no storage! Nowhere to put your things! Daily cleaning is fine. The staff is also fine. They were friendly, and when I asked for help with various issues, they explained/helped/accommodated me as best they could. No beach towels! The soundproofing is nonsensical. No water pressure. Wi-Fi is just a bummer. Breakfast - I'm not picky. There's bread and eggs - I won't go hungry. But these are the worst breakfasts of all the three hotels I've seen in Asia. I don't recommend having breakfast after 10:00 AM - there's nothing left to eat. The nearby spas and shops are expensive. The only saving grace was the bike - we left in the morning and arrived at night (renting a bike directly at the hotel is a plus). If you're staying for a couple of nights, it's bearable, but if they're selling you this hotel as a tour, it's a FAIL.

You don't need this hotel! This is one of the worst vacation options. Every morning at 7 a.m., the grinder and drill start working, and no earplugs can block out the noise. The renovations and construction will continue for a long time; they're adding an entire building to the hotel. The room is horribly cramped; you won't even have room to fit a size S suitcase. The closet is tiny, with no drawers. You'll have to pile up your clothes and all your personal belongings. There aren't even any hooks in the bathroom. There's no drying rack for swimsuits or towels. All night long, you'll hear your neighbors shuffling along the hallway and calling the elevator. You'll hear every detail of conversations in other rooms. Breakfasts are meager, and most of the food is tasteless: overcooked noodles with tomato sauce, overcooked rice, and tasteless pho bo. The cafeteria doesn't even have readily available hot water or large mugs for making your own coffee or tea! The beach next to the hotel is truly wonderful, but I can't give the hotel a good rating for that. The entire 10 days at this hotel were torture; it's completely impossible to relax in such a place.

Worst experience ever!!! The service, the food at the buffet, and the room quality are all bad! We stayed at the hotel during the holiday. There were 3 of us. We booked a 3-person room, and paid for the extra person charge! According to the policy, they mentioned that an extra bed is included in the surcharge. We arrived and they said they cannot make the extra bed as the room is too small. Then why describe the room as 3 people room? What are the surcharge fees for?? Its turn out the surcharge is included for an extra breakfast buffet and extra goods in the room. HOWEVER, we only received 1 extra towel and 1 extra flipflop, THEY DID NOT GIVE US AN EXTRA TOOTHBRUSH, MUG, FREE WATER BOTTLE, even though we have reflected our situation to them! The water intensity is weak, even the toilet is BROKEN. We understand that it was crowded and a bit chaotic at the time, but they should have known it and gotten ready for the situation. I don't see it as an excuse for bad service. I would not comment about the staff as it's genuinely not their fault, it is about their management system! Btw, their location is perfect, close to one of the top stunning beaches, and pretty close to sunset town!
