The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked at the last minute late at night and checked in without any issues. The room was spacious and clean. The shower head could use some maintenance, but overall, everything was great.

IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was astonished that there wasn't a single decent room in the entire hotel, as I saw four different rooms in four nights. Room 1: The first room we were given had a door leading to another room? Naturally, due to security concerns, the sound from that room was completely audible in my room, and I couldn't sleep. I woke up in the morning to the sound of the shower in the next room; it seems impossible for it to transmit that much sound, but because it was a shared door, you could hear every step they took. Unable to tolerate this absurd arrangement, we changed rooms. Room 2: The shower head in the second room was broken. I didn't complain, just to avoid the noise so I could sleep. After all, I'm here to travel, we only come to hotels to sleep, all we want is to be able to sleep. However, the foreigners were making abnormal noises until 5 am, shouting, clapping, laughing, and screaming, as if the entire floor was a unified whole. When I called reception five times to warn them, they only asked, "Again?", making it impossible to sleep. The smell of the disgusting food they were eating also reached my room, which was the icing on the cake. Room 3: After telling reception that we couldn't sleep due to the excessively loud and abnormal noise and receiving the response "that's just how they are, they go to bed late," we requested a room change. However, in the middle of winter, the window in the new room was broken and wouldn't close. After hastily moving our belongings to the room a second time, and desperate to get back to our disrupted travel plans, I insisted on checking out, saying the window was open and wouldn't close. When I returned that night, it was still open in the middle of winter. Even though the receptionist who stayed overnight tried to fix it, it was impossible, and we were changed rooms AGAIN. Room 4: On our final night, exhausted from not being able to sleep normally for even one night due to the abnormally loud noise, the room we were given this time had an air conditioner that wouldn't work on the warm setting. We were forced to sleep in a freezing cold room in the middle of winter and a strong southerly wind. In short, we couldn't sleep normally for even one night on this trip, and we had to pack up and move our belongings to different rooms four times in four nights. Our only expectation from the hotel was a clean and warm place to sleep. Sleeping was impossible. I cannot accept that in MY OWN COUNTRY, I am expected to tolerate loud noises until 5 am just so the peace of tourists isn't disturbed. The cleaning staff need to be warned not to touch people's belongings. Despite putting a "Do not disturb" sign on my door, they entered my room for cleaning and apparently decided my hair styling product was trash because it was in a plastic bag, and threw it away. I don't want anyone entering my room, that's why I put up that sign. You can't just enter and then arbitrarily decide that something among my belongings is trash and throw it away. The hotel building is new, the location is normal. Despite this, I can't understand how they managed to be so inept and so disrespectful to their own citizens. The reception changing rooms every time there's a problem doesn't solve anything because they can't explain to others that this isn't a barn and that they shouldn't make loud noises, they can't establish authority on this matter, and they haven't allocated a budget for soundproofing. Even in a mediocre hotel in Europe, you can understand how an establishment should behave regarding noise levels (even in Amsterdam). In other words, we shouldn't have to endure the rudeness of tourists—which they wouldn't tolerate in their own countries—in a place we're paying to stay. I will never stay there again.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We had to change rooms 4 times in total. Firstly, there's no sound insulation whatsoever; everyone can hear everyone else, and it was a disgusting experience because monkeys generally stay in the hotel. In one room, the window wouldn't close in January, in another room the air conditioner was broken, and in yet another room there was a connecting door to another room. I definitely do not recommend it if you are a Turkish couple or family. I only have one problem with the guy at the reception desk; he tried his best to help.
