This is our third stay at this hotel since 2019. The service and customer care remains consistently excellent. Convenient location, in regard to "eat street" and conbini. Last time we were here, had the Kaiseki and it was AMAZING. My only gripe is the coin laundrys on the 27th and 28th floor. The "dryer" function on the machines is very poor and the machines do not allow you to check mid cycle. LOCKED. Its a small, insignificant detail, but worth noting.

I had an outstanding stay at the Art Hotel with Park Hotel Tokyo. The customer service was exceptional—the staff were so welcoming and attentive. The design inside the hotel was absolutely stunning—every corner felt like a piece of art. From the cozy rooms to the beautiful lobby, everything was top-notch. I can’t recommend it enough

Our stay at Park Hotel Tokyo was absolutely wonderful. The art room was stunning.Beautifully designed with an incredible painting covering the walls that made the whole space feel like a living gallery. It was such a unique and inspiring experience. The view from our room was breathtaking, and we were incredibly lucky to even see Mount Fuji clearly from our window!Truly unforgettable! The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The hotel was spotless and impeccably maintained throughout. Breakfast was excellent, offering a full and generous buffet with a wide variety of both sweet and savory options. Everything was fresh and delicious. The lounge area was also beautiful and very relaxing.The perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Tokyo. Highly recommended! Aperfect stay in every way!
