My wife surprised me with a birthday stay at the Parkhotel Vitznau, and from the very beginning, everything was truly exceptional. The location on Lake Lucerne is stunning, and the hotel impresses with its style and attention to detail. We would especially like to commend the entire team: everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. You can tell that everyone here works with passion. Our massages were also fantastic – very relaxing and exactly what we needed to completely unwind. In the evening, we dined at the Focus Restaurant, and it was a truly memorable experience: modern, creative cuisine of a very high standard. All in all, a stay we won't soon forget. We highly recommend the Parkhotel Vitznau and the Focus Restaurant and will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived at the Park Hotel Vitznau, it was clear that something truly special awaited us. Our car door was immediately opened, our luggage taken care of, and the car parked for us. The warm and welcoming check-in completed this perfect start – and as a surprise, we even received an upgrade from a Junior Suite to a Residential Suite. The view and the room itself were simply breathtaking. Even before our stay, we had requested a four-course menu and asked to be surprised with a culinary experience – without specifying our preferences. The team executed this beautifully. Each course was perfectly coordinated, lovingly presented, and simply delicious. However, the most significant moment of our stay was my engagement. While we were out for dinner, the hotel beautifully decorated our room and prepared everything down to the smallest detail. When we returned, the atmosphere was so romantic and thoughtfully arranged that this moment will remain unforgettable. At the Park Hotel Vitznau, we didn't just feel like guests, but like people whose special moment was truly important. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team – we will never forget this stay. Highly recommended!

A place where time stands still. Parkhotel Vitznau From the moment you arrive, the Parkhotel Vitznau feels like its own little world, where elegance, tranquility, and indulgence blend seamlessly. The entire ambiance is simply breathtaking, like stepping into a postcard and instantly sinking into a state of profound relaxation. The spa area is spacious, beautifully designed, and truly leaves nothing to be desired. But the real highlight: the infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. A moment there feels like floating away from everyday life. Pure magic. In the evening, we had the pleasure of dining in one of the charming fondue gondolas. An experience we can wholeheartedly recommend. The fondue was exceptionally generous, delicious, and of the highest quality. The side dishes were also perfectly coordinated, plentiful, and incredibly tasty. For an experience like this, the value for money is absolutely spot on. In short: The Parkhotel Vitznau is a place where luxury and well-being go hand in hand. A stay that will have a lasting impact and that we can recommend without reservation.
