We had to cancel due to extremely sick family members. Sydney, the manager, was absolutely no help. Zero flexibility, zero empathy — just hid behind “policy.” This is the least Hyatt-like experience I’ve ever had. If you or your family get sick, don’t expect any support here. Completely disappointing.

I’ve stayed in many Park Hyatts and this is probably the worst experience I’ve had. - getting served at the main bar is very very slow. They are extremely understaffed. - you call for room service and no one answers. I called front desk, concierge, room service, and guest services and no answer. - finally get an answer from guest services after multiple attempts to ask them to bring some hangers to me room and they never come. So I have to call again. Takes them 30 mins to finally bring them. - another room service request and I want just 1 beer and they charge an $8 delivery fee plus 22%. This is more than the cost of the drink. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel and it cost $2,000/nt to stay here and you’re going to charge me for this!? - facility’s are below avg by Park Hyatt standards. - rooms have very underwhelming interior designs and tubs that look like they were built incredibly cheap. Do NOT recommend this place. Editing my review as my experience here keeps getting worse. First EVER park Hyatt I’ve stayed at that charges additional money to use the spa wet areas! Stayed in many park Hyatts and never once charged extra for this. The greed of this place is unreal. $2,000 per night and you don’t even get wet areas included. This is NOT a 5 star experience.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa, and unfortunately, it was nowhere near worth the extremely high price. The experience felt like a standard Category 3 at best—and in many ways, even worse. The biggest shock was discovering that the razor provided for shaving had clearly been used before. That was unacceptable and honestly alarming, especially for a hotel that claims to offer luxury service. There was no way for me to prove it, but it completely destroyed my trust in their room cleanliness and quality control. Service at the restaurant was also disappointing. They completely forgot to bring the soup we ordered, and the staff overall seemed inattentive and disorganized. At this price point, you expect flawless service, not basic mistakes. Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards of a Category 8 property—not even close. For the price, I expected far better. I left truly disappointed and would not recommend it.
