Worst experience ever and I have stayed in some sketchy places before while traveling but this one was just plain horrible. The lobby was clean ish didn't look too horribly bad some debri on the floor and the trash cans where overflowing . We checked in and where told to drive around to door H which would be by our room . The parking lot is littered with debris the doors are not secure at all and the hallways smell with debri on the floors . Get to our room and the maid was cleaning it ok no big deal we drop our stuff off and walk around outside . All of the amenities are closed ok no big deal . We get back to the room and they inform us the toilet us clogged ok they are sending maintenance. An hour later maintenance comes and informed us the toilet is not bolted to the floor and needs a new wax ring every time you flush the water comes out the bottom.of the toilet. He tells us housekeeping will bring extra towels for the water , they never do we tried to call the front desk and the phones are disconnected so went to the front desk a couple hours later and the staff at the front desk seem annoyed and tell us they already know and will bring some towels . We get back to our room and 30 minutes later they bring us 2 towels and tell us they are out of towels and don't offer any other option to soak up the water . We thought it is what it is wright , went to go to bed and notice all we have on the bed is 2 flat sheets . I go to the lobby thinking maybe they just didn't have time to make the bed let the staff know about the bedding and they inform me housekeeping will drop some off all they dropped off was 2 more flat sheets went to turn off the light by the bed and there is a short in it so we unplugged it . Never ever again will I stay here oh and there are exposed electrical outlets in the halls .

You’re gonna see the 3.4 this place is rated and think to yourself “Huh, that’s not horrible and it’s also kinda affordable”. Don’t. I stayed here despite my friends warning and as soon as I showed up ok saw the ere of my ways. Shout out to Farah, I should have listened. You’re going to pull up to a slightly dilapidated building that reminds you of something from a Stephen King novel. Checking in I was met by an enthusiastic lady who moved at a snails pace to get me registered. Even helping someone that showed up after me before me. I then showed up to my room to change for a wedding and stepped into my horror. Smokey stained hallways and a non smoking room that was definitely smoked in. I ignored and rushed to the wedding where once I was asked where I was staying and I mentioned the Radisson was met with grimace and “oohs” + “aahs”. I came back after a nights out of celebrating thinking it would be ok. I was drunk. Just needed to sleep. The shower had noticeable rust stains, the toilet had what multiple things floating in it, questionably cleaned sheets and lumpy pillows. I showered. Dressed in my travel clothes so my bare body wouldn’t have to touch the sheets and continued to lay there for two hours unable to fall asleep. The eerieness and overall gross feeling in the room kept me awake. There were some odd sounds outside and some questionable characters in the hallways. All the doors to enter the actual hotel weren’t locked and just set open. I then proceeded to barricade the door with the ironing board and a tall lamp. Figuring if the lock failed I’d at least have a fighting chance. I rarely feel genuinely unsafe in a hotel and I definitely did there. I’ve stayed in motel 6’s on the side of the highway that were cleaner and felt safer. I laid there the entire night not able to sleep a single wink until it was time for me to get ready for my flight in the morning. Moral of the story: there’s a shining Hampton Inn on the top of a small hill not 50 yards from this place. Go there. Feel safe and clean after showering. They did mention something about renovating. Who knows. Maybe a face lift is what that place needs. Maybe Jesus. I don’t know. Spend the money. Go somewhere else.
