I booked this hotel for my girlfriends birthday. I pre ordered a bottle of wine and told the hotel about my girlfriends birthday. They supplied a complimentary slice of cake but there was no wine and only one bath robe for 2 people. The view was amazing and the staff were brilliant

My family with two toddlers stayed at the Park Lane for 5 nights. We booked a room with two queen beds that had wonderful central park views. At check-in, Mounia Chakir was very courteous and friendly, gave our toddlers some drawing kits and accomodated us early into our room. The hotel is perfect for families with young toddlers. Close to central park zoom, most museums, rockfeller center and is walking distance to great restaurants that offer take-out (we had Marea and Nobu in our rooms as dining out was not a great option this time). The informal hotel restaurant on the 2nd floor has a great breakfast for families and our waiter Samuca took care of us the whole week. We hope to come back soon.
