This is the first time I'm going to write a review about a hotel, but I have to! A complete parody!!! The room we stayed in was nice, I won't say anything bad. A 5-star hotel that clearly fell from the sky had no room cleaning or refreshment. Shame, shame, I called them to bring toilet paper. We continue....... 24 sun loungers at the pool for such a big hotel. After they were late with the check-in, we went to the pool to relax, but alas, we'll be hanging straight! Children are jumping and raging, and the pitiful lifeguard is sitting in the gym and watching slyly. God forbid someone drowns in the water. The spa area is fine. We're moving on to the biggest parody. Dear hotel management. Take the trouble to visit a competing 5-star hotel and see the food on offer. For 5 stars, your buffet dinner is, to put it mildly, a school lunch from the 90s. 400€ for two nights and at the buffet Kebabs, pork belly, boiled rice and potatoes, mishmash is to say the least scandalously mocking. I have visited many hotels but with this dinner you have messed with people and their money...... Reading the comments above I don't think I am the only one with this opinion. And no... I am not capricious, two families came and just at the sight made a U-turn! The breakfast was good, I will not comment on it, although there was nowhere to sit. There are not enough seats. Your price is equivalent to some of the top hotels in Bulgaria, so I will not upload photos of what people offer for this money. You are messing with people. We will not step any further, which is guaranteed. Dinner: Kebabs, pork belly, mishmash, boiled rice, boiled potatoes and green salad. It is good for the barracks. March 01-03, 2026

The hotel is nice, the rooms are kept clean. The food in the restaurant is up to standard. A big black spot for the bathroom! The shower doors don't close tightly and water flows throughout the bathroom! There is no slope on the floor even though there is a siphon and the bathroom becomes a lake. You go to the toilet and you hit the wall!!! 5 stars?!? Wind work...! I won't raise a question about the dust on the furniture...

The staff was not friendly. The dinner was suitable for a school cafeteria, not for this type of hotel. Everything else was good.
